How To

New Website

We have been busy working on a new website, and we’re pleased to tell you that it is ready to start using.

Please give us a call if you get stuck or if you need a sales rep to pop out and walk you through the setup.

  • Click the Person icon in the top right corner of the page. 
  • Click "Change Password"
  • Enter your existing password.
  • Enter your new password and confirm it.
  • Click "Change Password"
  • Click the Person icon in the top right corner of the page
  • Click "Forgot Password"
  • Enter your account email address
  • Click "Reset Password".
  • You will receive a temporary password at the email address provided

Your main tabs that contain the below links, click on any of these tabs to expand

  • Home Page
  • Shop
  • About Us
  • Customized Boxes
  • Contact Page

You can browse all our lines in our Shop which will include any custom lines that you buy as
a specific line for your company.

  • The Magnifying Glass to the top right hand corner searches by description
  • Refine your search tab – this will search by both description and code
  • Click on the item / Quick Order
  • To add a favourite line for easy future ordering, under the name of the product you
    will see a little heart icon, click this to add to a favourite list for future orders
  • Select Quantity you require
  • Click Add to Cart
  • Click the X button on the top right corner of the order tab
  • Repeat process until you are done.
  • Click on the Cart icon in the right-hand corner.
  • Click Go to Cart
  • If you are happy with what is in your cart, click Next
  • Freight info will NOT appear at checkout, please see top and bottom flags
    highlighted in Pink for info on freight
  • Your Information: Click on the option you require: Delivery / Pick Up
  • Select delivery address from the saved details in the contact details section.
  • Do the same in the Shipping details.
  • Scroll down to Your Purchase Order
  • Your Purchase Reference: this is for any notes you want to add to the order
  • Cost Centre: This is any general ledger codes you may have
  • Customer reference: This will be your PO# or if you don’t have a PO# just a name of
    the person placing the order plus the date eg: Ben 10/10
  • Checkout
  • You should receive a Conpac Order Confirmation in your email.
  • The team will come back to you with an ETA once this is processed on our end.
  • Your delivery will be processed for the next working day unless it is a custom line or
    a line that needs to be ordered in.
  • If you are collecting, we will confirm back when the order will be ready
  • If the order is urgent, please give our team a call to process urgent orders
